Help ASAP

I need to get the bottom bolt out of the shakels. Im putting my friends on. Its about 1/2 out and stuck any help or suggestions?

Is it stripping or just stuck? Have you tried giving it a shot of WD-40, let that soak in, then trying to turn it some more?

The nut is off, its just stuck in the hole. Lube it is.

try applying a load to the springs until the bolt can move freely. problem is with no load the holes arent aligned completely and preventing the bolt from coming out
