Leveling...Change Of Plans...More Help Needed

After all the help and info I received here regarding leveling my 2006 F150 Lariat screw, I went and traded it in on a 2009 F150 XLT screw with only 5900 miles. So now I need to start again. This particular truck has 17" wheels whereas my 2006 had 18". So my question is this...2" AS or 2.5" AS leveling kit? I know from my previous posts that most of you suggested 2" for my 2006, but now that I'm in a 2009, does that change things? If I go 2.5", should I think about doing something to the rear? I see that sprngbender on e-Bay is now selling block kits like this...

Would that be a good choice to go with the 2.5" kit? Or is it the consensus to stick strictly with the 2" kit by itself? Anyone here have a 2009 screw that has leveled theirs that can show some photos?

Thanks...Kevin.
