Something in the front end is worn out. I'd say shocks or ball joints. Maybe both.

Does your truck feel normal when turning? Does it handle ok on the road (wandering?) I noticed a little noise when I hit some bumps too (turned out to be a loose bushwacker fender flare on the front!!) Might be something very minor like that if your truck handles and feels fine. As far as your smoothness goes, I agree with a couple guys that it may be your front shocks going! How many KM's on your truck?

I would check Upper Control Arms. Changed ones on my Ranger not to long ago, and thats the noise I was getting when I hit bumps.

Ball joints, tie-rod ends, shocks...
Also the upper control arm could likely be contacting the spring with the 2" leveling kit (assuming it is a spacer) making noise.
