Got my lift springs in. Long enough?

I just got my 3" lift springs in the mail and I expected them to bet quite a bit longer. It's been awhile since I've looked at the stock springs, but they just look really short to me. I didn't have a measuring tape at hand so I just sat a roll of paper towels on top to compare the length.

So what do ya'll think? Are they long enough? They're supposed to go on my '03 2wd. And before you say 3" is too much coil, I'm not installing them until I buy some aftermarket uca's specifically for 2.5"+ of lift.

I'm not too sure with like the correct terms of this but I would think its like a leveling kit. The 2inch leveling kit measures out to being like 1 5/8 or whatever but when you install the leveling kit it will give you the 2inches of lift. So I guess compare them to the stock ones and they may only be like 2 inches longer or so but when installed it will give you the 3inches you wanted.

But then again I'm only familiar with leveling kits. So if this is wrong don't blame me here haha. Just seems to be the same way as a leveling kit.

i think they might be a little bit shorter than my two inch coils were but im not sure. heres a pic of one of mine http://i44.tinypic.com/250pddw.jpg that shock is made for a two inch lift btw

They are probably a stiffer spring rate.

exactly. they may be slightly longer than stock but are going to be stiffer which gives the lift

I dont have the SpringTechs anymore, but I LOVED them. Better than the ProComps and RoughCounrtys over all. Mine looked adactly like that, it will ride good.
