Who isn't for doing work to a truck? How much are they going to charge in the first place?

Like I said before what if your ball joints and tie rods go out and they didn't install it for you? Guess how much you got to cough up for parts/labor. But then some people say this is what you get for lifting a truck. But if you can get it under warranty than why not?

The dealer wants $650+tax!!
I told them I how much I could do it for, and they lowered there price to $500+tax, and didnt even have an explanation on why they were able to do that. So that tells me they might be making commision off of vehical upgrades.
I can buy it and have it installed for $300 total. I have been getting alot of mix opinions in regards to this. I have yet to make up my mind until I call a couple of other dealers and do some research.

I mean no disrespect to anyone-- I would like to know someone who was refused a major warranty claim, and then was able to use the magnasson moss warranty act to there benifit, and get the dealer to change his mind.

So upon furthur research on this issue. I have contacted hald a dozen Ford dealers and they all said that it does not void out any warranty, but to make sure to have re-aligned right after.
"Toolcrib" thats a good question..

So I have contacted half a dozen other local Ford dealers and they all say that it DOES NOT void out my warranty. Needless to say, I will not be performing anything to my truck at the Ford Dealer that told me that it would.

Sorry, it was my first time threading. I am getting the hang of it now. I'll read all the rules through and through now.
