I'd say go with the 6" rough country, 35" tires and 18-20" wheels. should be able to get that entire set-up for somewhere around 3K if you search around enough for good deals, add on anywhere from 500-1000 for install as well.

oooo pick me pick me haha

go with fabtech 7.5" or RCD 6" and 35"s anf then get some 4.56 gears and youll be set. (what im running)

or you can do a spindle lift with 2" lift coils and 5" fabtech blocks and you should clear 35"s with trimming

for the 04-08 your right.

the 6" RCD is 1500 plus 5" rear block is about 115 then gears installed will be about 1000 and then its just tires and wheels so 3K seems about right

RCD, Fabtech, ProComp, and Rough Counrty are good lifts. I'd say spindles and coils will be good

Good luck.

I have the Fabtech on my 2wd and its awesome. Got it delivered for $1300 from performance lifts. You can save a ton of money if you can put it on yourself too.
