Ranchoo rs9000xl rear shock rattling

invested in some new Rancho rs9000xl rear shocks for my ford 04 f150 4x4 lariat. I have a problem with one side rattling everytime I hit a bump, soulds like it is loose, but bolts are tightened. I can actually move it in the bracket with my hand on the truck. The shock model is for this truck, but this one shock seems to not fit properly. Any ideas on remady or did any of you had this problem.

I did call rancho and they told me to use a washer........ Not sure.

Thanks

Washer trick may work. Did you give it a try?
