Yes you can but more info on your truck would help but what im guessing is that you have an 04-08 year truck
Option 1: Bilsteins that will replace your oem shock
Option 2: Bilsteins that are adjustable for up too 2inches but you will have to ditch that 3inch spacer. That or you could just get the bilstein adjustable shocks and keep them at the 0inch setting and if you want to ditch that leveling kit later on you can and when you do you can just adjust those bilsteins up to 2inches.

hmm...
What you do is yo purchase the Bilstein shock absorber... and you remove your entire strut assembly (with spacer attatched)...
That's when you decide... bilsteins at stock height and keep the spacer... OR ditch the spacers and set the bilsteings at 2" of height....
(this is accomplished by placing the spring seat ring at a location on the shock that increases the preload of the spring (and leaves more of the shock hanging out of the bottom) to cause the increase in front end height...)
This step requires (as all shock replacements do) that you have a spring compressor in order to disassemble the strut and swap the shock out, remount the spring adn such..
Here is a pic of one, the spring mounts I speak of are the grooved rings about midway up the shaft...

I have read that it is a no no to install the Bilsteins at 0" with a levelling kit spacer, something about the Bilseint being slightly longer thus permitting slightly more downward travel which is compounded with a levelling kit. There was actually a thread on it not too long ago, I just can't seem to find it at the moment.
OK, here it is: https://www.f150online.com/forums/su...bilsteins.html
