Rubbing with stock tires??

I have a 05 supercrew 4x4 5.4 with a AS 2.5 Leveling kit. Was changing brakes this morning and when I pulled the passenger side whell off the tires is showing signs of rubbing, but when I turn the wheel I have plenty of clearance. Now my shocks are in need of replacement 110,000 miles I beleive oem shocks. I am wondering if this would be the cause of the rubbing dont offroad except when a jobsite is a little rough nothing too severe though. I am looking for shocks either way where would be the best place for them. I am looking at either rancho or bilsteins with or without the level on them.
Thanks for The help. Also looking at putting Goodyear Duratracs 295/65/18 soon and dont need them rubbing.
Thanks for the help.

What do you mean by "signs of rubbing"? The only way you could be rubbing with stock wheels and tires is if something is broken.
