what to do for rear sag

im debating on what to do, the rear of my truck sags a bit more than i would like it to when i pull my small boat. Have any suggestions on what i should do? I currently have mx6 shocks
bigger block to put a small rake to it again? aal? would bilsteins be considerably stiffer?

rear shocks wont help a addaleaf or rear block adjustment or a air bag or helper springs are all options
