Dropping the rear end

I want to lower the back end of my truck to be level with the front. Since my truck isn't 4x4 I don't want to level the front with the back. Any suggestions? Truck has STOCK suspension. 07 Harley

Alrighthy with that being said. What will they cost me and where's a good place to buy them? Also do you know what i should expect to pay to have them installed? I don't have the means or the know how to do it myself.

I believe the Fx2 had a 1" block that had to be removed. Does the Harley have a block? I agree, a 2" kit will just about level it. I have the Ground Force. Just be sure to install the pinion wedges when you lower it.

You can buy the kit online for about $90. Just google Ground Force. If you have a floor jack and stands, it is not too hard to install. If you don't want to do it yourself, call around to some shops and see if they have the kit. The shop here had it in stock. If they don't, I bet they would get one.

The shackles are the same for 04-09. They're very easy to install, but like what was said earlier, make sure you have pinion shims installed also to avoid vibration.

Not necessarily. They should, but some shops short cut. Some kits are shackles only, wedges have to be bought separately. They were in my kit, but the installation guy tried to short cut it and not install the wedges. He test drove it and said it did not vibrate. I made him go back and put them in. Vibrate or not, the pinion angle had still been changed and I wanted it back to correct angle.
