As far as I know, if you wanted to go lower it would require a different kit. There is no adjustment in the front, and I have the rear shackles at the lower-ride position(using upper hole in the shackle). You're right...any lower in the rear would require a flip kit.

I would like some new tires and wheels but that's a ways down the road and not really in the budget. I've looked but can't seem to find any I really like. For now I'm very happy with what I have.
