They were pretty bad for sure, but I loved the stance. Just wish it could have stayed there safely. Once the bags and pump are installed she'll be done. Onto slamming the Lightning after that.

That is what I've been wanting for the longest time, I love the 03-04 L wheels with some meat on them. I almost bought a friends set, but they were powder coated black and his truck was totaled soon after.

OK, I've been reading all these pages of posts and I am confused with all the different information. I want to lower my 2005 FX4 3'' in front and 5'' in back.
The back seems straightforward: remove 2'' blocks, install 3'' shackles, 2WD U bolts, 2 WD shocks.
What is the best and cheapest way to lower the front 3''? Bell Tech has 2'' lowering shocks, what about the additional 1''?
After lowering 3'' and 5'', will I need to do an alignment and pinion angle adjustment front and back?
Thank you for the input, just want to make sure I do this right.

I used BT struts for a 2wd part# 25001, BT Street Perf shocks part# 2212EE on the rear, DJM 4" flip.
The pics show the 2wd struts at 3" drop and a DJM 5" flip. It's been raised some, but I don't have current pics yet.
