Here is what i dont get. What else do i have to get for it to run alright. Do i need steering stabilizers and to re gear it ? What else do i need.

This is my first vehicle and im learning about all this. My brother and father work on cars alot and my brother builds them but i would like to learn this stuff too
You dont need gears with 35s. I didnt install gears until i went with 37s. If you dont know later on down the road that you wanna lift the truck higher and run some bigger tires than id wait on the gears. But sense being a 2wd it might not be a bad idea to regear. As for what gears im not sure maybe 4.56s?? ( IDK how the rpms will be on a 2wd with 35s ). But to help give the truck a little more power throw a programmer, exhaust, or a Cold Air Intake and that will help you truck wake up a little from adding the 35s on there. Those 3 things were what i have on my truck and when i had 35s i could easily get up a go with it.

The Fabtech lift has my truck exactly the same hieght on all 4 corners. A Procomp F150 sits about an inch higher than mine in the front, but has a slight bulldog look (front is higher than rear). The Fabtech doesn't stack rear blocks, Procomp does.

Both are good lifts and since you are 4x2 I doubt you'll be roughing it up offroad a whole lot. Spend tons of time off the pavement in mine, hell I had it doing trails and hills while hunting yesterday and flexed it to the max going through a creek with no problems.

Im not sure what fabtech uses for the rear but i think its a block and they want you to stack blocks which is a no no. But you could always get a block for the rear like 6inches and then go with an aal but im not sure how it will ride.

If you want yours to look like mine. 6inch suspension with a leveling kit on top of that or if you get a lift with coilovers you can crank them up two inches and then just get the rear end up as well. Also if you get rid of your stock 2inch block in the rear then let me know. I might need them
