All lifted truck owners help!!!

So i have looked at like every forum on here multiple times just hoping everyone can help me with my questions for my own personal truck. I have owned a few f150 but i just bought one that is a 4x4 so i have been saving money for awhile for this truck this is what i want to do just need help to make sure all of this will work. it is a 2008 ford f150 lariat 4x4 screw.

1. 6 inch rough country suspension lift
2. 35/12.5/20 just wanting to make sure these will fit? i am wanting them to stick out of the fenderwell about 3 inches. So my question is there a certain backspacing or offset i will need so i can tell my wheel guy. i wanna ask you guys you know for sure what will work and he is trying to get me to tuck the wheels in the fender and i want them to stick out.will these rims and tires be wide enough look on my truck.
3. will my truck be level after the install? will i need a level kit?
4 will i need bilsteins or will they work with out them? is there an advantage to the udjustable bilsteins
5. will i really need to regear? if so what gear ratio? i drive this truck everyday with that being said any suggestions on a cheap set of tires?
6. i will be buying a programmer. edge evolution
7. still needing exhaust any recomendations on the best muffler to get a muscle car sound.

Thanks in advance for your help and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Plus anyone will this setup please post PICS so i can see exactly what all my hard work saving this money has been. Thanks f150online.com

A common spec for wheels is 9 inches wide with 4.5 inches of backspacing, which means they will stick out 2.5 inches farther than the OEM wheels. If you can find a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of BS, they will stick out 3.5 inches farther than you stock wheels.

Everything you mentioned will work. And you don't need to regear with 35's. You also dont need Adjustable bilstiens unless you want to fit 37's one day... in which case youll need to regear also. I just have straight pipes on my truck. They're loud and they pop.. sounds awesome on a new truck.

My wheels are 10 inches wide and have a 4.79 BS. I think thats what youre looking for.

Also you have the bilsteins installed do you actually lift the truck higher anddo you have to have all four corners to make it lift? those wheels are the one i have been looking for i like those alot. If your looking for great sounding exhaust for cheap, get dumps, i got a thrush muffler(made by Dynomax i think) with dumps. the pipes just turn down under the truck, and it sounds awesome, cost me $150
