Adding 1"

I have a 2006 Super Crew FX4. So far it has 6" Rough Country with 1.5" aal in back. My Bilsteins up front are NOT cranked at all. I want to crank them 1" to make the truck sit level. GOOD IDEA OR NOT?????

Did the lift change your front geometry angle at all? If so how much? Adding more height the way your are talking about is ok if everything is "level" or equivalent to OEM angles.

Adding 1 inch will be fine and give you the angles for a 2in level kit due to Rough Country's cross member already putting on the angle of a 1 in lift
