Paid $508.79 shipped from my4by.com Best price I could find. They also have a deal where you get a free Myride wireless controller kit to adjust the shocks from inside the cab. Hope it works, I will post my results/review after I get them installed.
Did you get the "Loaded" version (spring already installed)?
BTW, if I recall, I set my fronts to "5" and the rears to "7". I figured since the bulk of the weight is at the front, I set the fronts stiffer so as to soak up the bumps better. I do adjust the rears when I tow the boat so it's not too mushy.

Post pics and feedback once you get them installed!

Well Im not sure? Didnt know there were more than one version. Here are the part numbers. Did I buy the right ones? That is what the site put in my cart after I put in my info.

2 x Rancho quickLIFT shock absorber; 2004-08 F150 4WD, front (ran-RS999792) = $323.54
2 x Rancho RS9000XL shock absorber; 2004-08 F150 4WD w/ 0-1" lift, rear (ran-RS999286) = $160.30

Aside from rotating the tires every 3000 to 4000 miles, a trick that worked for me on 2 of my lifts; to get tire pressure right and a smooth ride.

While the truck is on a flat surface;
Take a dollar bill and slide under the tire;
Let the air out until the bill would not slide under the tire at all.

I had ProComp Tires; the air pressure was between 30 and 33lbs.

Worked for me

I'm not sure I am understanding you. Are you saying, slide the bill in from the side of the tire?

Yes, from the side of the tire, so ALL of the tire tread is making contact with the road. I found my truck not only had a rough ride, but also wondered or kind of a floating, unstable steering at higher speeds. When I let some air out (not too much) and made sure the entire tread was making contact with the road, I had a smoother and more stable ride. On my both of lifts, I had 35" x 13.5" and 12.5" wide ProComp tires. This made a difference for me.

Here is a photo: (This is my SVT Raptor, but to show you what I did)
