I'd suggest a 35x12.50 tire with a 6 inch lift. A couple members here have 22's but most members seem to go with 18's or 20's.

Keep in mind, some kits already have spacers so your leveling kit might not work with them. And if you already have a block in the back, most would recommend getting a bigger block or an aal instead of stacking your block with the block included in the lift kit

If you"re going to run a 6" lift plus the 2.5" spacer you may want to get 37's. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion on what offset. I like a negative offset with the wheels sticking out some. It gives a wider and beefier stance. For the rear you will need to remove that 1.5" block. I went with a Procomp lift which used the factory block plus a 3" block. I ran that for a little while then replaced with a 5.5" block and shim to angle the rear end. When I added the 2.5" spacer I installed a 2" AAL in the rear. As said above you will have to watch what lift you get. I know the Rough Country lift will not allow you to stack spacers. If you can I'd save the money and get the Bilsteins. It'll give better cv angles and ride smoother.

Here's what the set-up your asking about will look like depending on what weel/tire set-up you go.
