I can get a pretty good deal on a 3 inch Body lift for a 04-05 model but I have an 07' anyone know the difference between the two? I thought I read somewhere its the bumper brackets that are different but I am not sure. I can save a good bit getting this kit that is new but for 04s and 05s. Thanks all

 

You are correct the bumpers are different on the 04-05 trucks so the bumper brackets in that kit will not work. Do it the right way and just buy a kit for your 07.

 

yeah the bumper brackets are different. im not sure if thats the only difference. my body lift is for an 04-05.

 

So how did you get yours to work dillon? Jackson huh, shoot Im in Fayetteville, GA, never seen that beast before nice truck man. I would like to do the right thing and get the 07 kit, unless 04-05s are virtually the same since Id be saving about $150..

 

ha hey we're not too far away, well on my kit my buddy that was installing the lift got into contact with the company and ordered the right bumper brackets.
