New Truck/Measurement Questions

As I have posted previously I bought a new truck (new to me) about two months ago. I am in the process of trying to find new wheels and tires and get away from the 22" that are currently on it. After ALOT of searching on this site, I haven't found anyone with the same measurements as I have.

What I am asking is do I have a leveling kit...seems like a dumb question, it looks level but is it?

2008 FX4 5.4l screw
Tires are 305/45/22
Measurements:
Bottom of tow hook- 18"
Bottom of Mirror- 51"

If more information would help please let me know.

Measure to the lip of all 4 wheel wells and right those numbers down and post them here.

Sounds like it has been leveled and leans to the driver side.

Well some of the lean may be attributed to the fact your gas tank is on the left and weighs quite a bit on a full tank (~160lbs with the 26 gallon tank) so that combined with your weight with cause your springs to settle a little lower on the left side. Over the years they might cause around ~1" of difference.
I would agree it has been leveled tho

Would you say 2.5" or 2"... I'm trying to see what size tire I can squeeze in there?

The only real way to know would be to pull it out and measure the spacer. Because as I said, different truck sit level with different spacers.
