Installing 6" procomp Suspension kit

I am Installing a 6" Procomp sus lift kit on my 2010 F-150 V-8 4X4 I do not plan on doing any off roading at all I just want the look. My question is do I need to change the gears at all or am I ok with what I have. I may off road once or twice a year. And why do some peolpe add a 3' body lift with there 6' sus lift

if you put tires on 35" and up, regearing would help you get the power back that the larger tires take away but no you dont have to. People put a body lift on because it is a cheap option to get your truck higher and you can fit even larger tires. As for the 2.5" leveling kit, that must be removed before install of the pro comp lift.

I think you are confused on what a body lift is. Your truck would look pretty weird with a body lift on the front only (with the cab sitting higher than the bed). Believe it or not, I have seen this done.
