Belltech 3/5 Drop on 08 screw, front looks a little higher than rear

I lowered my 08 screw yesterday, I used the belltech 3/5 drop on it and for some reason the front seems to look just a hair higher than the rear. Any one encounter this before? any help would be great. Thanks

Prolly take a day or two for the front to settle in. See what happens in the next day or two.

Used the Shock/strut, and the kit says not to use any additional rings on it for a 3" drop so thats what I did, so I find it weird that its a tad bit lower on the rear.

Did you use a flip kit on the rear? Did you keep the oem shackles or use the belltech shackles?

thats why i was asking. just making sure you put them in correct. do you have the 6.5' bed? hlb had to put helper bags on his because his sagged in the rear due to the extra weight from his 6.5' bed.

I have the standard size bed, 5.5 I believe, what ever the smallest bed is that's what I got.I did use the belltech supplied shackles that came with the flip kit. Thanks for your help I will just put helper bags on it. I will post some pics once I get my 24's installed as well.

If your having problems still with the front being higher than rear call the tech department over at Belltech or email them info@kwautomotive.com

I did that the day after the install their only response was that if the truck has ever been used for towing or has had a heavy load than thats why it would be sagging. I have never towed with the truck and everything was installed correctly, the only thing that I think may had had a negative effect on the rear leaf springs is the fact that I was running a level kit on the front prior to lowering it but I really don't know why that would have been an issue. I am just going to get bags and call it a day.

You sure it's not just an illusion of the wheelwells? The front wheelwells are cut higher than the rears. If you want the tire spacing to be even you need to raise the rear a bit.

no I measured the rocker panel at the front of the cab and then at the rear of the cab and it sits 1/4 of an inch lower at the rear. I does seem like its starting to settle though. I did have a level kit on it before though and the rear did sit a bit lower.

Hmm. can't think of much else unless the truck seen it's share of heavy towing/hauling.
