Go with a set of bilstein 5100's. I did, and quite happy with it. A little more cost up front, and a pain to install, but do it once, and do it right. I set mine at the max height, and it made it 1/8 to 1/4 inch high on the front end. I already had 2" replacement spacers made for the back, so I slapped them in, and now my back end is a solid 1/2 inch higher.

I went with a 2" AS on my 2007 FX4 and the truck was lifted more than 2 1/2". It sat perfectly level, but I did not like it. I added the 3" ReadLift replacement blocks in the back for a 1" rake and it looked very good.
There are lots of pictures in my 2007 FX4 album, if you want to see how it turned out.
Here is my old sig picture with the 1" rake:

I recommend parking your truck on a level surface and measure from the ground to the top of the fender straight up the center. When you know the difference between the front and rear you'll know what kit to purchase.
I have a 07 4X4 lariat screw....I pulled it in my garage, checked and the floor is level, measured 38" inches on the front and 39-1/2" on the rear. Purchased a 1-1/2" auto spring leveling kit and it sits 39-1/2 all the way aroung...level. Easy install
Good luck
