Any good shots of the suspension and steering?

What about brakes? What's done to the axles, etc

Head studs and egr delete installed?

Hes gettting me more pictures of the suspension itself. He said he had 5.13 gearing with lockers front and rear with a detroit in the rear. Now axles i havent asked but when he sends me pictures i will. He also said his buddy that works at Ford went ahead and hooked him up with a new EGR or whatever prior to the old warranty running out even though it wasnt bad. I dont believe he has done the delete himself yet but how much would something like that run me and is it worth it for the truck ? Im assuming this has to deal with the problems that some of the 6.0L have had ?

From what I see it looks awesome, plus u know a thing or two about suspensions. Cool to see u pull the trigger on this rig if all is well to your liking. Yah, I agree some 49 meats would look wicked.

Im honestly kinda partial to your current F150. I mean, honestly, I really like your F150! That F350 with those tires on it just looks awful IMO. Kinda like the butchered Raptor in the other thread, worthless for anything other than a straight line, just reminds me of the truck you see used once per year to park on the beach and have all the young kids pile in the back of.

To prevent any possible issues the 6.0 has you will need to do an EGR delete and change out head studs and gaskets. The cab normally has to come off, but with a truck this high not sure how they'll do it. For a shop to do it all, it normally runs around $3k for parts and labor. Much cheaper than spending $10k on new heads.

If you don't mind me asking, what type of trade is it? Are you trading him your truck for his truck or something?

Egr delete and ado studs are 2700 locally at a powerstroke shop. They do awesome work with great turn around time. Plan at some point to have to do them.

Heads aren't 10k, iirc they're a grand or so a side plus install.

Headgaskets are $3k on a NORMAL truck. I don't know of any lifts other than a crane that can take the cab off of this thing... Not to mention you'd need a 10' step ladder to work on it.

The heads themselves aren't that much, but I know guys who've had that much in total damage.
