oem parts used to get leveled look

I'm assuming you just want the height, just get a 2" level for the front and something like a 2" block for the rear if you wanna keep the factory rake. It'll be cheaper than trying to find oem parts to do the job, I'm not even sure if you can do it that way. As for install any off road shop can do it, you can with some patience and time if you know how to work a wrench, or some ford dealerships will do it but you pay the price to go there.

to do it use 4x4 struts in the front.
for the rear, use the stock block and u bolts from a 4x4
that's all you need, if it was me i'd use this as an opportunity to just buy new shocks up front instead of the 4x4's to give a better ride.
if you do go all OEM route and plan to buy new, might as well go through the dealer. if you go aftermarket or used, i'd go talk to some offroad shops and ask if they have any take off parts from a 04-08 f150 and get the blocks and u bolts cheap.
edit: do a search, it's been done a few times. not recently so the threads will probably be a good ways back in the search

You can use the stock 4x4 struts to get a little extra lift and a bigger block in the rear to get a stock look with stock parts. You can find the stock struts in the junkyard or find somebody who got a suspension lift that had replacement struts and see if they would sell the stock struts. It would probably just be cheaper to get a leveling kit which you can get for $70 and achieve the same stance. For installation you can find an offroad shop, go to the dealer, or do it yourself if you have the tools needed and can follow the directions.
