So in short, these shocks are OEM replacements, do not level the truck just replace the OEM struts. Ok.

And the 'new' Quiklifts give a full, or close to, 2.5" level? If so I may give them a shot again. I lost interest when people reported never getting a full 2" and bought a used 2.5" AS but haven't installed yet.

Yes, the new quicklift is a complete unit and levels out at about 2.25 inches.

Front quickLIFT Loaded RS999910
Rear RS9000XL RS999286

try this: http://www.gorancho.com/suspension.p..._4wd#quicklift

I did the front and rear.

My truck sits approximately 1" higher with the 2.5 AS than with the recetly removed "loaded" Rancho Quicklifts. Then again, I got the 2.5 AS back when guys were frequently reporting getting slightly more than the advertised lift out of em. I put the factory rear shocks back in too. So, if you want to try the Rancho's, I'll give you a deal for all 4!!!

Darren. I think the actual lift you get is specific to the model year. Review that spec sheet closely. It is in my previous post. My truck is an early 2004 and I believe it has a lot more factory rake so my results were more dramatic.

Your rear is different (leaf springs) but your front is the same. To that theory, gaining (hypothetically) 2" of lift would still keep your front end slightly low where on a 06+ truck it would be dead level.

Maybe i'm not understanding what you are trying to say.

IMO with how random the rancho's amount of lift is, i would stick with bilsteins as they seem pretty constant on the amount of lift.

Not to pooh pooh this too much, but I finally got around to checking out that part # RS 999767, that is the part # for the quicklift without the coil spring or mount...

Sad to say, I am thinking I would have been better off with those than the quicklift loadeds I got which after settling in gave me just over 1/2" of lift... Ugh...

I am working with support now. They have talked with Engineering and recommend swapping OEM springs into the strut assembly. I am waiting for verification that this won't void my warranty on the struts... I love the ride but yeah, the nose low look isn't what I paid for. However the support folks have been pretty good so far...
