Hello,

I just got my 2012 FX4 5.0 about 5-6 months ago. I replaced my 2000 XLT Off Road 5.4 with the 2012.

I am experiencing an issue with the front-end which could be absolutely nothing however I was wondering if anyone else may be noticing this.

When I go over minor bumps in the road, small potholes or manhole covers I feel slight vibrations in the steering wheel. In my old truck this was a tell tale sign that the ball joints were starting to wear out.

Has anyone else out there noticed this or experienced a somewhat noisy, tempermental front-end on their 2012 FX4?

I just find this so strange because my old truck never did this when it was new. I also noticed that when the truck slowly moves from a standing position over an uneven surface and the bed rolls a bit I am getting a squeeking noise presumably from the rear leaf springs. My 2000 didn't start doing this until it was 7 0r 8 years old.

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
