Whats the name of this part?

In the picture is this peice with a bolt and rubber under it (not the cv joint). well the top rubber peice on my 97 f150 has come off so when i hit bumps, since the bolt is loose, it sounds like a jingle under my truck. whats the name of the part, which appears to be connected to the sway bar...i think, so i can go get some more rubber to put around it to stop the jingling. thanks

Sway bar end links..You can buy a kit that comes with all new bushings, bolt, nut and spacer or just get new bushings alone...
I just replaced mine with the Moog ones last month. You can get the parts at pretty much any auto store..
