Depending on what's in your front suspension currently you can add an additional 1.5-2" suspension wise. If you have the 6" spacer up front you'll need to replace the struts with a set of leveling ones. If you have the 6" lift coilovers up front you can add a spacer.

Otherwise your option would be to add a 3" body lift.

I have a metal mulisha suspension kit part number K4137-MM and do not want to add elevator body that I have been told that creates turbulence in the truck at high speeds

With that kit you can add up to a 3" spacer up front.

Not sure who told you it creates turbulence, but it's not true. Unless of course you didn't tighten everything down I guess.

Raising a trucks body up off the frame creates many areas the whole length of the truck that will be filled with air and at speed .... will allow air to travel trough and at high speed, can create additional turbulence that can work towards an uncomfortable ride.

Some turbulence is good, like a rough surface that prevents air sticking to the surface, like a golf ball. Some turbulence can be not so good like that which moves you around on your MC or lifted truck on a highway with strong side winds or when near tractor trailers.

But who drives a lifted frame, lifted cab truck at high speeds?

Maybe it's just me then, but I've driven and rode in plenty of trucks that had the suspension/body lift combo and besides some extra body roll, I never experienced any noticeable "turbulence". I'll agree with the wind being a pain, but that'll annoy you whether you have the body lift or not once you lift the truck up off the ground.

not want to add body and elevation of this I generate turbulence in the truck, so wonder if someone placed a lift kit on front coilovers to achieve more height

Brilliant.

I don't suppose you realize yer tires don't have a U, H, V, W, Y or Z speed rating... Hmmm?

Yer a fekkin' rolling accident, just waiting to happen.... I pray to Darwin that you'll only take out yerself and not some innocent folk.

And here yall are itchin' to subvert yer vehicle's dynamics and margin of safety even further.

Gotchye a bumper sticker fer y'all:

Better git yeseff some downforce to keep it planted if'n yalls wanted to go fast ...

^^^ Spotted in Burleson... why am I not surprised?

What competitions are you using this truck in with a lift kit at 120mph?

I really hope your joking about wanting to go that speed. Otherwise your first investment should be a roll cage, because that fabtech lift is going to break.

sorry, but we're getting off topic, the topic of the forum is whether or not I can put my coilovers ProComp separator to gain more height

by the way the truck is suspended since its purchase in 2008, on road trips exedo no speed limits, and calling me crazy but can sometimes compete in 1/4 mile with that truck is in those moments that took butt and so far nothing has happened
