They are pretty close, but the grille is quite a bit bigger on the 99s than the 97-98s. I looked into it, and your looking at about a grand and a 1/2 to convert it, so i wouldnt mess with it unless you really really love the look enough to drop that grand and a half. I like the 99+ better, but not a grand and a half better, if you stick on a brush guard, its a lot harder to tell...so thats what i'm gonna prolly do. Of course, i'd also like another 4"-5" of lift and some 38s too, along with some 4.56 gears...but i dont see it happening...damn.
