Chevy Torsion Bars

Chevy Torsion Bars
I knew I had seen it somewhere on here and I did a search and found what I had seen before. I want to put the beefed up torsion bars on my '99 f150 sc. Supposedly the Chevy one ton's have a torsion bar that works. But what years of chevy's work? the relocation of the torsion bar mount isn't a big deal, I just want to know the years and if there is anything else I'd need to know while at the junk yard. One of the guys had procomp lift blocks that replaced the stock ones. But I haven't found anywhere that sells just the lift blocks for the new body style. Any help wouldbe appreciated. Any idea of costs either?

now a price and lift blocks...
I called a local yard and he has a 3500 4x4 in the yard but he doesn't know what's left on it. He said "oh, 'bout $50 each". I can't find if that's a good price for used or not. Does anyone have a line on lift blocks to give me about another inch in the rear? I already have add-a-leafs, I want to swap out t he 2" block with a 3".
