Will a 2'' inch rear drop level 2001 Screw?

I have a 2001 150 Screw and would like to level it out. Does anyone have any pics of just the rear end lowered? By leaving the front alone will a 2'' rear drop level the truck?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Plano=screw: I might add, when you say 2" drop , don't assume a 2" longer shackle will give it to you. Your drop will be aprox. 1/2 of that, as obvious as that is, it's worth mentioning, FYI.

I have read where Ford dealers have replaced the factory leaf springs with 3 in drop springs. I am planing to put a set of 3 in springs on my HD Screw within the next month. I did put a set of 4 in leafs on a 99 F150 last year. I also put 2 in drop coils up front. It gave the truck a good ride and stance.

You can install a set of hangers in the rear and that will lower the rear 2 inches. But it is a pain to remove the factory hangers.

my friend asked me the same question, his truck was 4x4. look in the rear and see if you see blocks, take those blocks out, that will drop it quite a bit, im not sure if 2 wheel drive have the blocks. you can also take your stock shackels off and take them to a fab shop and tell them to cut them adn make them longer. thats what me and my buddy did to his truck when we put nationals in the rear.

I put 2in drop shackles on mine and it leveled out nicely. Install was pretty easy also: floor jack, jack stands and a rachet. The box said that they were for a chevy, but they fit fine.

Carbon Fiber Pics

Sorry F150Lariat, No pics. Other than I wish they were a tad bit darker, I think they look good. I wanted to support this great site so bought I them from F150 online. They fit fine and install was a snap, but I'll save the details and say I've made my last purchase from here They really look better than stock and I recommend them. I've seen them going on e-bay for decent prices.
