Hellwig Rear Sway Bar with suspension lift?

Can you install a rear sway bar if you have 3inch blocks in rear? Or can you use longer endlinks to cure that problem? Does the rear sway bar use endlinks in the installation?

I just installed new endlinks for my front sway bar, i got the polyurathane bushing and 2inch longer endlinks because of the larger springs and thought i might need longer endlinks. Well after the install and initial drive i found that it made a huge difference. It was definately worth the $12.99 at autozone. Just my .02 cents.
