Howdy-
That's a great price. I paid $800 (installed) for mine, and I'm very happy with them.
As far as the rear goes, I would go with 2" blocks. That will give you a perfectly level look. You'll need new "U" bolts and self-locking nuts, though. All in all about $75.

p.s. - Don't get talked into a "helper" spring, unless you carry a ton of stuff, because your ride will be monstrous. Just block it, and keep your factory ride- it's still a suspension lift!

Regardless who makes the spindles, just make sure that they are not spindles that require you to change the orientation of your lower ball joints from pointing down to pointing up. They are the old style and aren't made that way anymore. You want spindles that are a direct replacement, no ball joint changes. Also, that's a good price.
