im looking to see if anyone has weld wheels on a superlift kit on a f-150 1999-2001 with 4 and 5/8 backspacing? superlift said no more than 4 inches? i hate to buy these rims and they dont fit.

 

yeah....i got the superlift 4-5'' lift put on my truck and they cranked it up to about 6'' with 16x10'' weld typhoon's the only thing they had to do was offset the rims to not rub the spindals! anything else?

 

my rims ar the 16.5x9.75 sidewinders, you think they will clear the spindles?

 

i'm really not sure you'll probably have to get the rims offset a little just to be sure they'll clear and it looks alot better with offset rims because it has a widder stance it doesn't cost anything to get offset rims either! i wanted american racing nitro's size 16x8 but they rubbed the spindals so i swithed and got weld typhoon rims because it had a different offset !
