Which torque converter

Ok guys, I need some torque converter info. What are some of the best companies to consider. I am not interested in a stall or anything like that, I just want the power to the ground for towing. My stocker converter is hating life right now. I tow roughly 5,000# 4 days a week and have a go pedal problem. Thanks a million, need to buy a new one soon....

I believe that that the converters in the trucks are electronic. This means programming over brand might fix your problem. Unless of course the electronic lock is bad.
