Axle ratio and towing capacity

Hi fella's
I've a 1997 F150 super cab 4.6 V8, its 2 wheel drive with auto transmission. I have the owner manual which tells me the towing capacity, but only for particular axle ratios. I have the VIN number (1FTDX1767VND13764) and used the Ford websites VIN tool, but this did not tell me a thing.

Can anyone tell me where to find the rear axle ratio, or what it should be for my vehicle? Im hoping to tow a large caravan, approx. 2,000kg, and a 250kg jet bike in the rear bed.

Thanks

Tim

You would probably find it a lot easier with a small trailer. You could back the truck down to get it in and out of the bed, but then you have the possibility of getting stuck, and putting water into your rear diff. Much better with a trailer.
