I had a 2" on my Screw and never had a problem with people flashing their lights when I had my Jeep loaded on my trailer and I put quite a bit of tongue weight on the truck. You could always adjust the headlights if you have a problem.
I tow quite a bit w/ my silverado and my old f-150, I added rear air springs (got air ride w/ the expedition), The rear air bags really made things nice, kept the truck level and made it harder for the tail to wag the dog. Just my .02 cents.
