Front mount hitch???
Ive used the search function to no end and cant find anyone with a front hitch on 97-03 rig. Actually it would prob. be 99-03 being the valance is different. I know they are available for my 99 but I'd like to hear from or see some pics of the setup on 97-03.
I know theres a guy with a front mount hitch with a bull bar, forget who tho. That would be my ultimate setup if possible. Being my dad wants to buy me a Bull Bar which I think they is cool n all but not cool enough for me to lose my tow hooks. My towhooks have saved others/me various times and couldnt part with them. Those receivers with the big clevis is what i'd get. I think warn makes it. Alright enough babbling....

I have a front mounted hitch on my 2001 Supercrew. It is installed below the air dam and is a hidden hitch Part's # 5011 or 5411. According to the specs, it will fit Light Duty F150, F250 Pickups, 2WD, Espedition 2WD F150, Supercrew Pickups (2001)
I have used it for my son's bike. I also use it to back my trailer inside my yard through a fence that has only 3 inches of clearance on both sides of the trailer. It bolts onto the frame, and the installer told me that the holes were already in place. I have been shopping for a F250, and the part #'s are the same and will fit the current F250. I only have to remove it from my Supercrew and have it installed on the new F250
