Air bags. Mine were right about 200 and install is easy. Here they are with about 900 or so in the bed and 5000 pound tt hooked up with virtually no sag.

No drilling required. Mine is 06 so may be slightly different install. Tips are when u get kit if u have 4 long bolts per bracket that are 9/16 u will want a ratcheting crescent wrench. Only able to get about quarter to half turn the way its in there and will save u lots of time. When re-using stock bump stop there will be a different bolt that comes in kit. Stock one is too short. I routed air lines into cab. U can see pics on my profile. They won't get dirty in there and my air compressor reaches. I didn't use jacks or anything just ramps to give me room to get under rear axle. Took me 2.5 hours and would have saved at least an hour had I not hit the 2 snags I hit.

When ordering from autoanything u should never pay full price. They always have sales. Usually weekly for at least 10% off. Right now u could use winterc10 for 10% off.210 is not bad though.

If you are sagging that much, that tells me you need a WD hitch as you are over the tongue weight allowed for the hitch on the F150. 500lbs.

Very true kingfish. I missed that part but figured he may be hauling grass clippings in the bed as well. If u are looking for a good priced wd hitch check Craigslist and/or amazon.com. should be able to get one around 150 or so. This will be for a lower level one, but will help none the less.400-500+ is easy to spend on the higher end ones.
