I have checked the vacuum lines and sol. are working as is the actuator is moving. I think the t-case is ok so I could use some info on how to replace the cad or where to get the info as I do not want to go into this blind. thanks.

 

I would recommend a shop manual for the specs and how to. In a nutshell: remove the passenger side halfshaft. Remove the 3 bolts holding the front axle in place and lower it so the axle tube on the passenger side clears its mount point. Remove the vacuum shift motor then the 4 bolts holding the tube in place. With the tub out of the way remove the shift fork and gears.
