I've been are reading about decoding the door jam plate codes. Under "TR" on my plate it has a "6" on it. Everyone else was talkin about letters. So what is it? 4R70 or 4R75{TSB 09-20-14}? or 6R80{TSB 09-11-5}? Or what? There are several TSB's that I think pertain to my truck and the service dept says it only pertains to 1. But what all the TSB's describe explains my truck's problems perfectly.

 

The ONLY transmission that was offered behind the 5.4 in a 2009 F-150 was the 6R80.
