Help! I changed my fuel filter 3 days ago and now at 40-55 mph it surges and jumps. I am sure that I changed the filter correctly. Is there something that I am overlooking?

 

run a bottle of injector cleaner throught it...since you changed the filter now's the time to do it...what made you change the filter anyway? just routine or was there a different problem?..might check your air filter,PCV valve and clean your MAF sensor to cover all your bases

 

I thought about that but have'nt been back to town yet. I just changed it for maintenance, but I'm glad I did the input side poured out brown. Thanks for the help.
