351W in a 2002 F-150??

This post is just to satisfy my curiousity. But can anyone tell me what would be involced with replacing a 4.6L with a 351W? There will obviously be the two big areas, physical fitment and adaptation to the 4R70W; and then what to do about the PCM (so the CEL isn't on). If anyone can shed some light on this for me I would appreciate it.

TIA,
Steve

Yes it would be alot of work. Possibly more than it would be worth. Maybe look into dropping a supercharger on that 4.6 and you will probably have the same power. Putting in a 5.4 would still be alot of work but might be a slightly easier option. I'm sure some of the more knowledgable members can give you a better idea.
