mobil one help mpg?

mobil one help mpg?
got my first oil change in my 97 5.4 expy 4x4
60k miles
had been getting around 12.8 on the computer driving back and forth on a 100 mile trip
did the trip again after the oil change and got 13.4
thats going about 80 the whole way
get gas from the same place all the time

Maybe, maybe not........
Who knows for sure, really. Way too many variables to consider. Weather being the biggest factor IMO....
My truck always drives and feels much better and faster after I wash it!!! Don't know why, but it just does... I know it's all mental and it's just a lot nicer to drive a clean truck!
To be really sure, you'd have to compare records for dozens of tanks driving pretty much the same route to be able to average out some of the variables. Those mpg computers are just a guess at best and can change by just going up or down a hill.
