96 EGR Code

96 EGR Code and Lean in Bank 1 & 2
Okay so I had the Check Engine light come on. Had the code read at Autozone and they advised "Insufficient EGR Flow". I replaced the EGR Valve yeaterday and the error is back again. Help?

try cleaning the tube, sounds like it may be plugged.

Well another twist in the tale... now the error code is Lean Condition in bank one and bank 2. The truck is running hot.
