Flying sparkplugs

I was behind an F-150 yesterday and stenciled on the back tailgate was "Watch out for flying sparkplugs because Ford doesn't believe they should stay in the engine". Looked professional with vinyl letters.

Evidently, he had a plug blow out and it wasn't covered by the warranty.
this is a problem with Ford V8s and has been discussed a lot on this site.
