Siamese Coil Packs?

Siamese Coil Packs?
97 4.6 4x4 3-door
NEW PIheads, intake, wires, plugs, fuel filter, IAC, MAF, EGR, PCV, and coils.....along with a list of other non-sense.
I tested the new packs because the truck was running like POOP! There are twenty steps between here and there, but testing the paks is where I ended up. Anyway, with a plain ole fashioned test light, I tested each wire for spark and noted the pattern.
Wires 2&3 BOTH were different than the other 6. I call them siamese because 2&3 are in the same location on opposite packs.
Is this a really freaky coincidence, or should I be looking into the harness somewhere?
