2003 5.4L

How do you all like them? What mods are safe?
Just got my new truck.. looking to have some fun with it..
Well for my daily driver.. my other ride is a 1988 GT 331

I want to put a turbo on mine. Not sure about the weak trans though.

I was thinking of... the top guts from a cobra or lightning

You're lucky to have a 2003 5.4. There are no 5.4s in 2004 Heritage trucks and only 2003 and up 5.4s have longer spark plug threads. If you want more HP than simple bolt ons, they make nice aftermarket supercharger kits that are much easier than top ends or conversions.
