what maint do u all do and at what interval


like oilchanges and tire rotate and tranny up keep and all other stuff

 

welcome and follow your manual, its the safe play. I change my oil every 5,000 miles no matter what it is. tranny and transfercase get mobile 1 atf and run 100,000 on that unless it gets water in it (4 wheelin). rotate tire every 7,000 miles. hope this helps

 

I hope you meant the diffs go 100k unless they get wet???

I have my trans and t'case serviced every year. Every other year I have the torque converter drained along with the service.

I also flush the rad every 18 months. I've changed power steering fluid and brake fluid once.... Reminds me, it's about time to do those two chores again... (I've owned the truck for 3.5 years and it's been about two years since I did it last.....)

Lets see, what else...... I run Mobil 1 5w30 and change every 6k miles... Rotate the tires whenever the mood strikes..... I've changed the diff lube, just because I wanted to..... I'll probably do the rear end every couple of years, again, just because...... And I do tow a #4500 travel trailer, so it works a bit more then just your average "grocery getter".. (I'm not saying that's what your's is... )

Fluid is cheap, so I change it all on a regular basis.... Got almost 132k miles on the truck right now.....
